Every child enrolled at rplearningacademy.com is assigned a dedicated Clinical Cabinet of three specialists who collaborate on a single Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

The Specialized Therapist

1 Session Per Week

Targeted interventions focusing on functional development, sensory integration, and speech/motor milestones.

The Professional Counselor

1 Session Per Week

Addresses emotional regulation, anxiety, and behavioral readiness for learning. Provides high-level strategic oversight.

The SEN Facilitator

2 Sessions Per Week

Direct academic and functional support to adapt the curriculum to your child’s specific learning profile, ensuring no gaps in core subjects.

The Zero-Silence Policy

If a strategy isn't yielding results within two weeks, the MDT triggers an internal Case Review to pivot the approach immediately.

We conduct face-to-face sessions at the Academy’s location or the agreed-upon client location in Accra, powered by our digital infrastructure.

The Shared Observation Log

Our specialists use an Internal Discussion Hub to share notes. If the Counselor identifies a trigger, the Facilitator adjusts the next day’s lesson automatically.

Real-Time Progress Tracking

View your child’s attendance history, lesson participation, and assigned tasks at any time securely via the portal.

Monthly Progress Report (MPR)

On the 30th of every month, a multi-page PDF synthesizing data from all three specialists is uploaded to show measurable growth.
